The American Trauma Society presented a Trauma Registry Webinar on October 13, 2021 - "Preparing for a Successful Virtual Survey Pt 2."
Join the ATS and Tracy McDonald for the second part of our two part webinar series titled, "Preparing for a Successful Virtual Survey." Tracy McDonald is a Vice President of Trauma and Surgical Quality with over 20 years of experience in ACS verified Trauma Center management. She has been a nurse reviewer and clinical editor for the American College of Surgeons, Committee on Trauma (ACS-COT) since 2014. She has also served the ACS- COT in the following capacities: Advancing Leadership in Trauma Center Management Course, Co-Author; ATLS National Educator; Essential Elements, Content Reviewer; and the TQIP Education Committee, 2012-2016. She participated in the ACS virtual survey pilot program through the initial verification of her Level I facility and assisted HCA in standardizing tools and processes for virtual survey preparation.
During part two of this webinar series, Tracy will dive deep into the world of virtual survey preparation and implementation. Topics to include detail on leading your team using the project management concept and tools, mastering the virtual meeting, how to highlight event resolution in a virtual platform, and common pitfalls.
