To help you get started with performance improvement or level up your existing performance improvement processes, the ATS is offering a series of performance improvement learning opportunities with Joseph Hess PhD, MHA, MS, RN, who manages Pediatric Trauma Quality and Performance Improvement at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital.
