Description
On Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 12:00 PM EDT the American Trauma Society hosted an Injury Prevention Webinar - "A Month in Performance Improvement with Joe Hess."
Performance improvement is a key part of every trauma program, but with so much data and conflicting priorities, you might not be sure how to get started, or how to go from basic to advanced performance improvement. To help you get started with performance improvement or level up your existing performance improvement processes, the ATS is offering a series of performance improvement learning opportunities with Joseph Hess PhD, MHA, MS, RN, who manages Pediatric Trauma Quality and Performance Improvement at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital. Join us to learn about the performance improvement processes Joe uses over the course of a day, month, quarter, and year, and have the opportunity to discuss best practices and unique approaches. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
