Description
On June 5th, 2018, the American Trauma Society hosted an Educational Webinar, "An Overview of Radiology & Lab Tests for Trauma Registrars." This webinar will aid trauma registrars in understanding the difference between types of radiological and laboratory studies and the injuries they help diagnose. This course is perfect for a new trauma registrar to provide them with the foundation needed for understanding and coding common radiology and laboratory tests. The webinar is presented by Michelle Arford, MS, CSTR. Ms. Arford is currently a Certified Trauma Registrar at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE. She also serves as co-chair for Delaware’s Coalition for Injury Prevention’s Violent Injuries Team, is an Advisory Board Member for Delaware’s Violent Death Reporting System and serves on the ATS Trauma Data and Registry Council.
