Presenter:Lisa LaRock, MSL, BSN, RN, CCRN, PHRN
Lisa LaRock, MSL, BSN, RN, CCRN, PHRN, is the Senior Director of Trauma Services for the Guthrie Clinic, overseeing trauma programs in both Pennsylvania and New York. She serves as the Trauma Center Manager at Robert Packer Hospital and mentors additional trauma centers across the region. With over 12 years in trauma leadership and a background in EMS and critical care, Lisa brings a deep understanding of trauma program management. She holds a Master of Strategic Leadership and a BSN and is actively involved with the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, where she currently chairs the Trauma Nurse Advisory Council. Lisa also teaches for the American Trauma Society’s Trauma Program Manager Course and has contributed to trauma care advancement through roles with the Society of Trauma Nurses. Outside of work, Lisa volunteers with local EMS and enjoys outdoor activities with her family, along with Cystic Fibrosis research and advocacy in support of her twin sons with Cystic Fibrosis.
