Amber Kyle, RN has been the Director of Trauma Services at a Level 1 academic trauma center for over 20 years. She is actively involved in numerous trauma organizations and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through performance improvement, system development, and collaborative leadership. Amber currently serves on the ATS Trauma Nurse Leadership Council, where she continues to advocate for excellence and equity in trauma care.
