This session will introduce (or reintroduce) the concepts of continuous readiness when it comes attaining and sustaining trauma hospital requirements. Ms. Hotz will help to anchor the requirements to purpose and connect purpose to improving patient outcomes. Continuous readiness is not something we strive for to make site surveys easier - the real goal is to do what is best for our trauma patients.
