Trauma Management Webinar | Lights, Camera, Action: The How and Why of Trauma Resuscitation Video Review
This session will include the background and history of one hospital system's trauma resuscitation video review process. We will discuss the development of the policy - including legal and privacy logistics; purchasing and team familiarization with cameras and IT equipment; and the clinical performance improvement video review process. This presentation includes experiences at both a Level I and a Level III hospital in the UC Health organization. This panel helps to emphasize that trauma resuscitation videos are an important part of the performance improvement process and can be done at any level of trauma facility!
