Presenters:
Dr. Tatiana Davidson is an Associate Professor and Licensed Clinical Psychologist at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Dr. Davidson is Co-Director of the Trauma Resilience and Recovery Program (TRRP), a multidisciplinary clinical service designed to address the mental health needs of traumatic injury patients. Through support from the Duke Endowment Foundation, TRRP is now implemented in 10 Level I and II trauma centers across the Carolinas. Dr. Davidson’s research focuses on addressing mental health care disparities by maximizing reach and receipt of evidence-based behavioral interventions and treatments among traumatic stress populations and has led numerous well-designed federally-, state-, and foundation-funded studies focused on the development, randomized controlled evaluation, and dissemination of technology-based interventions.
Jessie Levy, LCSW is the Manager of Trauma Patient Support Services at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jessie completed her Master of Public Administration degree at Western Carolina University in 2013 and Master of Social Work degree at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2017. She joined Atrium’s Trauma Survivors Network in 2016 as a social work intern and became the Pediatric Trauma Survivors Network Coordinator at Atrium’s Levine Children’s Hospital in 2017. Jessie began supervising the Atrium Health TSN program in 2019 before taking on her current role at the beginning of 2022. Jessie has worked in a number of social work and leadership roles prior to Atrium Health including domestic violence, child welfare, housing and homelessness, and international non-profit programs.
