This webinar seeks to identify, understand, and target efforts toward at-risk populations while being sensitive to generational differences, as well as cultural, religious, and other established customs. This session also discusses how Injury Prevention Programs can engage target populations as a key stakeholder in development, implementation, and evaluation of the intervention.

Sandra Strack Arabian MBA, NREMT, CSTR, CAISS is the Trauma Program Director at Tufts Medical Center, a level I ACS verified Trauma Center in Boston, MA . She is The Chair of the Healthcare Management and Healthcare Informatics MBA program at Cambridge College in Boston.
She has over 25 years of proven and successful leadership skills in organizational management with a strong focus on trauma data management, analytics, and injury prevention. She has authored and co-authored several trauma-related and injury prevention articles published in peer reviewed journals and presented her work in many national arenas and forums. Sandy continues to explore and develop strategies for accurate health information, data management, injury surveillance and prevention. She specializes in organizational efficiency through evidence-based programs focusing on motivational education including mindfulness practices for better decision making and reducing burnout in the enterprise.
